目的：探讨临床药师为高血压患者提供药学服务的效果和意义。方法：100例依从性差、血压控制不佳的高血压病患者，随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。临床药师通过问卷调查了解患者高血压用药知识和疑难问题，对干预组患者实施个体化药学服务，对照组不予干预，并分别在干预前和干预后3个月对患者的治疗结果、用药依从性、用药知识等进行随访调研。结果：干预组患者的用药依从性、血压控制情况较对照组有明显改善，高血压用药知识水平也较对照组有明显提高。结论：临床药师通过面向高血压患者的药学服务可及时发现和解决患者治疗过程中的疑难问题，有助于提高患者的治疗效果、依从性和用药知识水平，避免严重药物不良反应的发生。
目的：探討臨床藥師為高血壓患者提供藥學服務的效果和意義。方法：100例依從性差、血壓控製不佳的高血壓病患者，隨機分為榦預組和對照組各50例。臨床藥師通過問捲調查瞭解患者高血壓用藥知識和疑難問題，對榦預組患者實施箇體化藥學服務，對照組不予榦預，併分彆在榦預前和榦預後3箇月對患者的治療結果、用藥依從性、用藥知識等進行隨訪調研。結果：榦預組患者的用藥依從性、血壓控製情況較對照組有明顯改善，高血壓用藥知識水平也較對照組有明顯提高。結論：臨床藥師通過麵嚮高血壓患者的藥學服務可及時髮現和解決患者治療過程中的疑難問題，有助于提高患者的治療效果、依從性和用藥知識水平，避免嚴重藥物不良反應的髮生。
목적：탐토림상약사위고혈압환자제공약학복무적효과화의의。방법：100례의종성차、혈압공제불가적고혈압병환자，수궤분위간예조화대조조각50례。림상약사통과문권조사료해환자고혈압용약지식화의난문제，대간예조환자실시개체화약학복무，대조조불여간예，병분별재간예전화간예후3개월대환자적치료결과、용약의종성、용약지식등진행수방조연。결과：간예조환자적용약의종성、혈압공제정황교대조조유명현개선，고혈압용약지식수평야교대조조유명현제고。결론：림상약사통과면향고혈압환자적약학복무가급시발현화해결환자치료과정중적의난문제，유조우제고환자적치료효과、의종성화용약지식수평，피면엄중약물불량반응적발생。
Objective: To probe into the results and importance of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care for patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 100 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,50 cases of each. Clinical pharmacists asked the patients about hypertension medication knowledge, medication compliance and potential problems through the questionnaire survey. The intervention group was given individual pharmaceutical care. The patients' medication compliance, blood pressure control rate, hypertension medication knowledge and medication problems were investigated and compared respectively before intervention and intervention 3 month later. Results: After intervention, patients' medication compliance, blood pressure control rate, hypertension medication knowledge of the intervention group improved obviously, and no serious adverse drug reactions occurred. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists could find out and resolve the potential problems of the patients with hypertension in time by pharmaceutical care, which improved the efficacy, medication compliance, medication knowledge and avoided serious adverse drug reactions.
