中国民间存在大量的有关卫生防疫、保健养生、疾病防治的本草药物习俗。中国古代广大劳动民众通过本草卫生防疫和保健养生治病的生产、生活实践的经验积累，进而形成卫生防疫和保健养生治病的本草民俗；而本草民俗药物、食物因其确切的卫生防疫和保健养生治病功效而进入本草著作，成为中国医药学的重要组成部分。本草民俗引发、形成、扩布、传承和规范从而进入本草著作的过程，可以作为中国医药学“多元化起源说”———“动物本能说”、“劳动创造说”、“圣人创造说”、“巫源说”等的民俗学视角例证。

중국민간존재대량적유관위생방역、보건양생、질병방치적본초약물습속。중국고대엄대노동민음통과본초위생방역화보건양생치병적생산、생활실천적경험적루，진이형성위생방역화보건양생치병적본초민속；이본초민속약물、식물인기학절적위생방역화보건양생치병공효이진입본초저작，성위중국의약학적중요조성부분。본초민속인발、형성、확포、전승화규범종이진입본초저작적과정，가이작위중국의약학“다원화기원설”———“동물본능설”、“노동창조설”、“골인창조설”、“무원설”등적민속학시각예증。
There is a large number of herbal drug custom about epidemic prevention ,health care ,disease prevention and cure in Chinese folk .The herbal drug folklore about epidemic prevention ,health care and cure of disease was formulated by ancient Chinese through herbal drugs related practices of production and living . The herbal drugs of folklore were reported by herbal books and became an important part of Chinese medicine due to their reliable effect about epidemic prevention ,health care and cure of disease .The process of herbal folklore initiation ,formation ,propagation ,inheritance , specification and entering into the herbal books could be used as folklore illustration on Chinese medicine theory of origin diversification including animal instinct theory ,labor creating theory ,oracle creationism ,and witch source theory ,etc .
