目的：比较3.0 T磁共振成像各序列对脑挫裂伤的影像诊断价值，优化磁共振显示脑挫裂伤的最佳序列组合。方法应用磁敏感加权成像（SWI）和T1WI、T2WI及T2WI液体衰减反转恢复序列（FLAIR）对28例脑挫裂伤患者进行扫描，分析磁共振不同序列图像的特征，比较检出病灶数目。结果28例患者中，在T1WI发现病灶15个，T2WI发现病灶59个；FLAIR发现病灶73个，SWI发现112个。结论 SWI对脑挫裂伤有高度的敏感性，有很高的临床应用价值，尤其对临床症状明显而常规序列检查阴性者意义更大，应列为常规序列扫描。
목적：비교3.0 T자공진성상각서렬대뇌좌렬상적영상진단개치，우화자공진현시뇌좌렬상적최가서렬조합。방법응용자민감가권성상（SWI）화T1WI、T2WI급T2WI액체쇠감반전회복서렬（FLAIR）대28례뇌좌렬상환자진행소묘，분석자공진불동서렬도상적특정，비교검출병조수목。결과28례환자중，재T1WI발현병조15개，T2WI발현병조59개；FLAIR발현병조73개，SWI발현112개。결론 SWI대뇌좌렬상유고도적민감성，유흔고적림상응용개치，우기대림상증상명현이상규서렬검사음성자의의경대，응렬위상규서렬소묘。
Objective To compare 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) diagnostic value of brain contusion of each sequence image, optimize the best sequence combination of MRI brain contusion. Methods Totally 28 patients with contusion and laceration of brain underwent susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI), T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR with 3.0T MR scanner. MRI features of contusion and laceration of brain of different sequcences were analyzed. The number of detected lesions was compared. Results The lesions were revealed in 15 nidi with T1WI sequence, 59 nidi with T2WI, 73 nidi with FLAIR sequence, 112 nidi with SWI sequence. Conclusion SWI sequence has a high sensitivity in detecting the cerebral contusion, and it is of great value in the clinical application, especially in those patients with evident of clinical symptoms and negative imaging findings by conventional pulse sequences , should be listed as a regular sequence.
