目的：观察宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法选取我院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者70例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予宫腔镜手术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗，对照组给予宫腔镜手术治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组月经正常率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论宫腔镜与屈螺酮炔雌醇联合治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效显著。

목적：관찰궁강경연합굴라동결자순치료자궁내막식육적효과。방법선취아원수치적자궁내막식육환자70례，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여궁강경수술연합굴라동결자순치료，대조조급여궁강경수술치료，비교량조치료효과。결과관찰조월경정상솔고우대조조，복발솔저우대조조，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조불량반응발생솔비교，무명현차이（P＞0.05）。결론궁강경여굴라동결자순연합치료자궁내막식육적료효현저。
Objective Observe hysteroscopy combined drospirenone ethinyl estradiol treatment of endometrial polyps effect. Methods Select our hospital, 70 cases of endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the observation group hysteroscopic surgery with drospirenone ethinyl estradiol treatment, control group received hysteroscopic surgery, more two therapeutic effect. Results Higher than normal rates of menstrual observation group, the recurrence rate is lower than the control group was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);the two groups the incidence of adverse events, no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinyl estradiol treatment of endometrial polyps signiifcant effect, worthy of promotion.
