目的:探讨微量泵持续输入单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将100例冠心病患者分为两组。两组均行微量泵持续输入法,对照组为硝酸甘油,观察组为单硝酸异山梨酯。结果治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择微量泵持续输入单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病临床疗效理想,安全性高。

목적:탐토미량빙지속수입단초산이산리지치료관심병적림상료효。방법장100례관심병환자분위량조。량조균행미량빙지속수입법,대조조위초산감유,관찰조위단초산이산리지。결과치료후,관찰조림상치료총유효솔、불량반응발생솔균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론선택미량빙지속수입단초산이산리지치료관심병림상료효이상,안전성고。
Objective To investigate the micro pump continuous input isosorbide mononitrate and clinical curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients randomly divided into two groups. Trace pump adopt continuous input method should be used in two groups, the control of nitroglycerin, observation group for isosorbide mononitrate. Results After treatment, the clinical observation group total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Select trace pump continuous input isosorbide mononitrate and treatment of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect is ideal, high safety.
