目的：研究硫酸吗啡控释片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗老年癌症性疼痛的疗效及其安全性。方法将2012年3月至2014年5月我院收治的130例老年癌症性疼痛患者纳入研究，每组各65例。根据随机数表法分为2组，观察组患者接受盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗，对照组患者接受硫酸吗啡控释片治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的疼痛程度、不良反应情况以及应激反应程度。结果治疗后1、2、3、4周时，2组患者的疼痛数字量表（NRS）疼痛评分差异无统计学意义；治疗过程中，观察组患者恶心、呕吐的发生率以及应激指标去甲肾上腺素（NE）、肾上腺素（E）的含量均低于对照组。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片能够取得与硫酸吗啡控释片相同的镇痛效果，且不良反应较少、应激反应较弱，是治疗老年癌痛的理想药物。

Objective To study the efficancy and safety of morphine sulfate controlled release tablets in treatment of cancer pain in senile and oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets. Methods During the period from March 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were included in the study of 130 cases of elderly patients with cancer pain. According to the random number table methods were divided into two groups, 65 cases in each group. The observation group received oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets in the treatment, patients in the control group received morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets in the treatment. Comparison of the two groups of patients after the degree of pain, adverse reaction and stress reaction degree. Results 1 weeks 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with NRS pain score no difference; the course of treatment, the patients in observation group were nausea, vomiting and the incidence of stress index NE, the content of E was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets can obtain the same analgesic effect with morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets and less adverse reactions, the stress response is weak, which is an ideal method in the treatment of elderly cancer pain.
