目的：分析儿科患者临床用药不良反应发生情况，探讨相应的防治措施。方法整理分析我院108例用药不良反应病例临床资料。结果108例患儿皮肤不良反应70.37%，其次为消化系统损伤11.11%。造成儿科用药不良反应的主要因素包括用药剂量过、用药不合理、药物配伍不合理。结论儿科用药不良反应的发生影响到治疗效果及患儿安全，临床中必须做好相应的预防措施，提高用药的安全性。
목적：분석인과환자림상용약불량반응발생정황，탐토상응적방치조시。방법정리분석아원108례용약불량반응병례림상자료。결과108례환인피부불량반응70.37%，기차위소화계통손상11.11%。조성인과용약불량반응적주요인소포괄용약제량과、용약불합리、약물배오불합리。결론인과용약불량반응적발생영향도치료효과급환인안전，림상중필수주호상응적예방조시，제고용약적안전성。
Objective To analyze the Adverse reactions and prevention measures of paediatric medication. Methods Consolidation analysis of our hospital 108 cases of ADR cases of clinical data. Results 108 cases of adverse reactions in children with skin 70.37%, followed by the digestive system injury in 11.11%. The main factors that cause adverse reactions including dose paediatric medication, unreasonable use of drugs, drug compatibility is not reasonable. Conclusion Pediatric drug adverse reactions affect the safety and clinical therapeutic effect of children, must make corresponding preventive measures, to improve drug safety.
