目的:探究案例教学法在缺血性脑血管病介入进修医师培养中的应用效果。方法对来我院进修的54名医师进行随机分组,对照组与观察组各27名。对照组采用常规带教进修模式,观察组采用案例带教进修模式。结果观察组进修医师的学习纪律、动手能力、学习态度、问题解决能力、理论应用能力、理论考核与操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组进修医师的进修满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将案例教学法应用于缺血性脑血管病介入进修医师培养中效果显著。

목적:탐구안례교학법재결혈성뇌혈관병개입진수의사배양중적응용효과。방법대래아원진수적54명의사진행수궤분조,대조조여관찰조각27명。대조조채용상규대교진수모식,관찰조채용안례대교진수모식。결과관찰조진수의사적학습기률、동수능력、학습태도、문제해결능력、이론응용능력、이론고핵여조작고핵성적균우우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조진수의사적진수만의솔고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론장안례교학법응용우결혈성뇌혈관병개입진수의사배양중효과현저。
Objective To explore the method of case teaching in ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the study of the application effect of physician training. Methods 54 physicians were randomly divided which came to our hospital to study, the control group and the observation group were 27 cases. The control group with routine teaching learning model, the observation group uses the case teaching learning mode. Results The observation group of refresher physician learning discipline, practical ability, learning attitude, problem solving ability, application ability, theory of assessment and operation assessment scores were signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05);observation group of refresher physician learning satisfaction rate was signiifcantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in ischemic cerebrovascular disease interventional medical trainees in effect is signiifcant, worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
