目的::利用超声波法提取使君子多糖,将得到的多糖进行抗氧化性实验,探究其抗氧化活性。方法:通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究料液比、超声作用时间、超声提取温度和超声功率对使君子多糖提取效果的影响。制备使君子多糖,通过对·OH 及·O -2的清除实验结果来评价其抗氧化活性。结果:超声波法提取使君子多糖的最佳提取条件为料比液1∶30(g/ mL)、提取时间40 min、提取温度70℃、超声波功率140 W,在此条件下使君子多糖的提取率为10.36%。抗氧化性试验数据显示使君子多糖对·OH 及·O -2的清除作用显著。结论:使君子多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性,为使君子的资源利用与开发提供了科学依据。

목적::이용초성파법제취사군자다당,장득도적다당진행항양화성실험,탐구기항양화활성。방법:통과단인소실험화정교실험,연구료액비、초성작용시간、초성제취온도화초성공솔대사군자다당제취효과적영향。제비사군자다당,통과대·OH 급·O -2적청제실험결과래평개기항양화활성。결과:초성파법제취사군자다당적최가제취조건위료비액1∶30(g/ mL)、제취시간40 min、제취온도70℃、초성파공솔140 W,재차조건하사군자다당적제취솔위10.36%。항양화성시험수거현시사군자다당대·OH 급·O -2적청제작용현저。결론:사군자다당구유교강적항양화활성,위사군자적자원이용여개발제공료과학의거。
Objective:Polysaccharides of Quisqualp indica was extracted by using the method of ultrason-ic. And study on the antioxidant of the polysaccharides . Method:Polysaccharide of Quisqualp indica ex-traction influence effect was researched by the solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic action time,ultrasonic temper-ature, and ultrasonic power. Measure clearance ability of the extracts on ·OH and ·O -2 . to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Results:The best condition of ultrasonic extraction were solid-liquid ratio1 ∶ 30 (g /mL),temperature 70 ℃,ultrasonic power 140 W and ultrasonic action time 50 min. The extraction ratio of polysaccharides was 10. 36% . Experiments showed that polysaccharide from Quisqualp indica had great effect on clearance of ·OH and ·O -2 . Conclusion:Polysaccharide of Quisqualp indica had strong antiox-idant activity. It provided scientific basis for the use of Quisqualp indica and development.
