采用解剖学和组织化学法,研究蕤核(Prinsepia uniflora Batal.)茎的显微结构,并对茎中的黄酮类、生物碱类及多糖的组织化学定位进行了研究。研究表明:蕤核幼茎表皮细胞的细胞壁厚,木质部含有较多的导管,初生木质部为内始式发育,维管束在横切面上呈“V”形,茎中髓部发达;老茎有突起的皮孔,次生维管组织呈一个完全闭合的环状。组织化学定位显示黄酮,生物碱,糖类和脂类物质多分布于皮层。
採用解剖學和組織化學法,研究蕤覈(Prinsepia uniflora Batal.)莖的顯微結構,併對莖中的黃酮類、生物堿類及多糖的組織化學定位進行瞭研究。研究錶明:蕤覈幼莖錶皮細胞的細胞壁厚,木質部含有較多的導管,初生木質部為內始式髮育,維管束在橫切麵上呈“V”形,莖中髓部髮達;老莖有突起的皮孔,次生維管組織呈一箇完全閉閤的環狀。組織化學定位顯示黃酮,生物堿,糖類和脂類物質多分佈于皮層。

The methods of anatomy and histochemistry were used to research the anatomical structure and histochemical localization of flavonoids,alkaloids and polysaccharides of the stem of Prinsepia uniflora Batal. The results showed that the structure of the stem of P. uniflora Batal. was as follows:The young stem of Prinsepia uniflora Batal. cell wall thickness of the epidermal cells, contains more vessels in xy-lem, primary xylem within the beginning of development, vascular bundles in transverse section was " V"shaped. The pith of stem was developed. While the mature stem has protruding lenticels. Secondary vas-cular tissue was a completely closed ring. Histochemical localization showed that flavonoids, alkaloids, sugar and lipid throughout the cortex.
