款冬花是菊科植物款冬 Tussilago farfara L.的干燥花蕾，为传统止咳药物。近几年来关于款冬花的研究重点是倍半萜、酚酸和款冬多糖，在抗肿瘤、抗结核及神经保护等活性研究方面有了新的进展。本文就近年来款冬花化学成分与药理活性的研究进行了简要综述。
款鼕花是菊科植物款鼕 Tussilago farfara L.的榦燥花蕾，為傳統止咳藥物。近幾年來關于款鼕花的研究重點是倍半萜、酚痠和款鼕多糖，在抗腫瘤、抗結覈及神經保護等活性研究方麵有瞭新的進展。本文就近年來款鼕花化學成分與藥理活性的研究進行瞭簡要綜述。

The flower buds of Tussilago farfara L. is one of traditional Chinese medicines for the treat-ment of cough, phlegm, bronchitic and asthmatic conditions. The recent researches were focused on ses-quiterpene, phenolic acids and polysaccharide, which had various new pharmacological activities such as antineoplastic, antituberculotic and neuroprotection effects. This review devoted to illustrate the recent progresses on the chemical constituents and biological activities of Tussilago farfara.
