李发枝为河南中医学院第三附属医院教授、主任医师，全国第四、第五批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，擅治各科疑难病症。过敏性鼻炎属中医“鼻鼽”范畴，治疗多以温补肺脏，祛风散寒为主，李发枝老师根据现代病人临床表现及兼症，结合自己的多年临证经验，将其分为体虚感寒、风寒束饮和郁热犯肺三种类型分别予以御寒汤、小青龙汤和谷精草合剂加减化裁进行治疗，常获得显著疗效。

Li Fazhi is the Professor and Chief physician of the third affiliated hospital of Henan traditional Chinese medicine. As the fifth group of the old Chinese medicine expert and clinical experience inheritance instructor, he is good at the treatment of various knotty dis-eases. Allergic rhinitis belongs to the Biqiu category in traditional Chinese medicine, which is treated by the methods of tonifying lung, expelling wind and removing cold. According to clinical manifestation and own clinical experience, Professor Li Fazhi divided the patients into three types: energy deficient and catch cold, pathogenic heat wrap retention of fluid ,and heat accumulation invade lung which were treated by Yuhan Decoction, Small Qinglong Decoction, and scapus eriocauli composition, respectively. The clinical effect is significant.
