本文介绍了刘颖主任医师治疗肠腑病症的经验，选录具有代表性的肠腑病案阑尾炎、肛门内括约肌失弛缓症、五更泄、肠粘连、痔疮脱垂等，针刺治疗联用下合‐募穴，以上巨虚‐天枢为主，辨证施治，随证配穴，恢复肠腑功能，使之能够正常地“变化出焉”。联用下合‐募穴之法不仅限于本证运用，还可广泛用于所有六腑疾患的治疗。
본문개소료류영주임의사치료장부병증적경험，선록구유대표성적장부병안란미염、항문내괄약기실이완증、오경설、장점련、치창탈수등，침자치료련용하합‐모혈，이상거허‐천추위주，변증시치，수증배혈，회복장부공능，사지능구정상지“변화출언”。련용하합‐모혈지법불부한우본증운용，환가엄범용우소유륙부질환적치료。
This paper introduced the chief physician Liu Ying 's experience in treating syndrome of intestinal. Selected representative med-ical records of the intestines: appendicitis, internal anal sphincter achalasia, dawn diarrhea, intestinal adhesion and hemorrhoid prolapse. Using acupuncture and combination of Xiahe‐Mu acupoint: based on Shangjuxu (ST37) and Tianshu (ST25) acupoints, syndrome dif-ferentiation, the function of intestines would be recover. Combination of Xiahe‐Mu Acupoint therapy not only treat syndrome of intestinal but widely applied on disease of Six Fu viscera.
