目的：总结防眩汤治疗眩晕的临床疗效和经验。方法辨证使用陈士铎《石室秘录》的经验方，对87例临床诊断为眩晕症的患者进行治疗，观察疗效。结果治愈：67例，有效：16例，无效：4例，总有效率95.4%。结论防眩汤治疗眩晕效果显著，可供临床推广使用。
목적：총결방현탕치료현훈적림상료효화경험。방법변증사용진사탁《석실비록》적경험방，대87례림상진단위현훈증적환자진행치료，관찰료효。결과치유：67례，유효：16례，무효：4례，총유효솔95.4%。결론방현탕치료현훈효과현저，가공림상추엄사용。
Objective To summarize the clinical effect and experience of Fangxuan decoction in the treatment of vertigo. Methods To ob-serve the clinical effect of Fangxuan decoction therapy in vertigo patients. The 87 cases used the prescription which came from Stone house secret record of Professor Chen Shiduo. Results 67 cases were cured, 16 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The to-tal efficiency is 95.4%. Conclusion The Fangxuan decoction has remarkable clinical curative effect on vertigo. And it can be widely used in clinic.
