研究讨论遗传性肾病综合征的基因诊断。采用靶序列捕获测序技术对遗传性肾病的病症进行诊断与治疗。遗传性肾病综合征的治疗方案较为复杂,而常规的治疗方案没有明显的效果,如激素和免疫抑制剂。所以,对该类疾病的定义、分子遗传学分类、临床特征以及肾脏病理等相关进展需要进行理解和明确。采用靶序列捕获测序技术,可以一次性对遗传性NS进行检测、诊断和治疗。采用靶序列捕获测序技术对遗传性肾病进行诊断,可以帮助对遗传性肾病综合征的常见分子生物学、临床及病理特征等进行研究,并且为建立遗传性肾病综合征的基因提供诊断依据。
