目的：分析临床生化检验结果异常的原因，指导临床生化检验的合理进行。方法以志愿参与本院此次研究的20例健康人员为研究对象，对所有受试者在不同时间、体位进行血液样本的采集，部分进行溶血处理，部分样本放置一段时间后进行检验，对比不同情况下的检验结果，分析总结结果存在差异的原因。结果不同时间采血血清铁、血清钙检验值差异显著（P＜0.05）；不同体位采血血清铁、ALT、AST、TP和Alb指标检验值比坐位时更高；血样溶血处理后血清钾、血清钙、ALT、AST、TP、LDH和TBIL检验值与未经溶血处理的检验值差异显著（P＜0.05）；放置一段时间后进行检验的血液样本，AST、ALT以及LDH指标检验值显著高于正常检验下的指标值（P＜0.05）。结论临床生化检验结果受到多种因素的影响，需要对其进行全面的分析总结，并在临床应用中采取针对性的措施，提高检验的准确率。

목적：분석림상생화검험결과이상적원인，지도림상생화검험적합리진행。방법이지원삼여본원차차연구적20례건강인원위연구대상，대소유수시자재불동시간、체위진행혈액양본적채집，부분진행용혈처리，부분양본방치일단시간후진행검험，대비불동정황하적검험결과，분석총결결과존재차이적원인。결과불동시간채혈혈청철、혈청개검험치차이현저（P＜0.05）；불동체위채혈혈청철、ALT、AST、TP화Alb지표검험치비좌위시경고；혈양용혈처리후혈청갑、혈청개、ALT、AST、TP、LDH화TBIL검험치여미경용혈처리적검험치차이현저（P＜0.05）；방치일단시간후진행검험적혈액양본，AST、ALT이급LDH지표검험치현저고우정상검험하적지표치（P＜0.05）。결론림상생화검험결과수도다충인소적영향，수요대기진행전면적분석총결，병재림상응용중채취침대성적조시，제고검험적준학솔。
Objective To analysis the reason of abnormal results of clinical and biochemical examination, to guide the reasonable clinical biochemical test. Methods Based on the voluntary participation in the study of 20 cases of healthy persons as the research object, to all the participants in the different time and position of blood sample collection, hemolysis processing parts, part of the test sample placed after a period of time, comparing the test result of the different situations, analyzed the reason why there are differences in the results. Results The different time blood serum iron, serum calcium check values differ signiifcantly (P<0.05);Different postures blood serum iron, ALT, AST, TP and propagated index test value higher than when sitting position;Blood sample hemolysis after treatment serum potassium, serum calcium and TBIL, ALT, AST, TP, LDH test value and handled without hemolysis test signiifcant difference (P<0.05);Placed after a period of time to test blood samples, AST, ALT and LDH index test value is signiifcantly higher than normal inspection index (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical and biochemical test results affected by many factors, need to be a comprehensive analysis, and in the clinical application of targeted measures, improve the inspection accuracy.
