目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低大小便标本的漏检率的作用。方法成立品管圈，确立“降低大小便标本的漏检率”为活动主题，目标设定，要因分析及对策制定和实施。结果大便标本的漏检率由41.5%降至17.6%；小便标本的漏检率由33.1%降至14.0%。护士人际沟通、团队精神、工作主动性等有明显提升。结论品管圈活动对降低大小便标本的漏检率效果显著。

목적：탐토품관권활동재강저대소편표본적루검솔적작용。방법성립품관권，학립“강저대소편표본적루검솔”위활동주제，목표설정，요인분석급대책제정화실시。결과대편표본적루검솔유41.5%강지17.6%；소편표본적루검솔유33.1%강지14.0%。호사인제구통、단대정신、공작주동성등유명현제승。결론품관권활동대강저대소편표본적루검솔효과현저。
Objective To investigate the quality control circle activities in reducing the rate of residual urine specimens. Methods Set up quality control circles, establish"reduces the residual rate of urine specimen"as the theme, to the status quo, goal setting, through analysis and countermeasures to develop and implement. Results The specimen miss rate from 41.5%to 17.6%; Urine specimens of miss rate from 33.1% to 14.0%. Nurse interpersonal communication, team spirit and work initiative has obvious improvement. Conclusion Quality management circle activity to reduce the residual rate of urine specimen effect is remarkable.
