目的:对比分析尿沉渣全自动分析仪与显微镜检测法在尿常规检验中应用的意义,探索更高效的检验方案。方法对我院的5000份尿液标本进行分析,尿常规检验分别选用尿沉渣全自动分析仪和显微镜检测法、干化学法进行。结果对比RBC和WBC的阳性检出率,干化学法与另外2种检测方法有显著性差异,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我们在进行尿常规的检验时可以将2种方法有机结合,从而提升检验水准。

Objective Comparative analysis of the signiifcance of urinary sediment analyzer with automatic detection in urine microscopy inspection applications. Methods 5 000 cases for clinical urine specimens acquired from our hospital were analyzed, urine test were selected automatic urine sediment analyzer and microscopy, dry chemical method. Results RBC and WBC contrast positive rate, dry chemical method has signiifcant differences with the other two kinds of detection methods, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion When we conduct urine tests can combine the two methods, so as to enhance inspection standards.
