目的：观察血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将97例患者随机分为两组，对照组46例，采用注射用纤溶酶溶栓治疗；治疗组51例，采用血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.31%、63.04%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞是安全、有效的方法。
목적：관찰혈부축어탕연합주사용섬용매치료시망막정맥조새적림상료효。방법장97례환자수궤분위량조，대조조46례，채용주사용섬용매용전치료；치료조51례，채용혈부축어탕연합주사용섬용매치료。결과치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위84.31%、63.04%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），치료조림상료효명현고우대조조。결론혈부축어탕연합주사용섬용매치료시망막정맥조새시안전、유효적방법。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with injectable fibrinolysin in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=46) was treated with thromboly-sis for injectable fibrinolysin,the treatment group (n=51) was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with injectable fibrinolysin. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 84.31%and 63.04% respectively, with statistical difference (P<0.05) , the clinical effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with injectable fibrinolysin is a safe and effective method for the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
