树突状细胞(Dendritic cel s,DC)是具有最强提呈抗原能力的专职抗原提呈细胞,作为机体免疫应答的主要启动者,在免疫应答的诱导中发挥关键作用,可指导原始T细胞向不同的方向分化。DC在抗原进入机体后,通过协调免疫反应与免疫耐受间的平衡,从而在免疫功能方面发挥重要作用。在探索疾病的免疫学机制和相关免疫治疗方案中,DC已经逐渐成为一个重要的研究靶点。基于DC的重要作用,研究DC可以为中医药免疫调节作用机理研究提供新的视角。近年来的研究也表明传统中医药对DC功能状态的调控,是其发挥免疫调节效应的重要环节,现主要就DC的特性和功能及中医药对DC的作用研究进展做一简要综述。

Dendritic cell ( DC) is the most professional antigen‐presenting cell, as major initiator of the immune response of the body, plays a key role in the immune response, and guide the T cell differentiation in different directions. DC plays an important role in the balance of the body's immune response and immune tolerance after antigen entering the body. DC has increasingly become an important research target involved in exploring the immunological mechanisms of disease and immune therapy. Based on the importance of dendritic cells, a new view for the research on immune regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine was provided. In recent years, researches showed that traditional Chinese medicine play an important part of the immune regulating effect for regulating dendritic cell's functional state. This review mainly focused on the features and functions of dendritic cells and traditional Chinese medicine research progress on the role of dendritic cells are reviewed.
