目的：探讨院内制剂凉血止痒合剂抗Ⅳ型变态反应的作用。方法采用2，4-二硝基氟苯（DNFB）造成变应性接触性皮炎（ACD）动物模型和磷酸组胺所致豚鼠瘙痒实验，探讨凉血止痒合剂的抗Ⅳ型变态反应作用。结果凉止痒合剂对DNFB引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用，并有显著提高磷酸组织胺致豚鼠局部皮肤瘙痒的致痒阈值的作用。结论凉止痒合剂具有抗Ⅳ型变态反应的作用。
목적：탐토원내제제량혈지양합제항Ⅳ형변태반응적작용。방법채용2，4-이초기불분（DNFB）조성변응성접촉성피염（ACD）동물모형화린산조알소치돈서소양실험，탐토량혈지양합제적항Ⅳ형변태반응작용。결과량지양합제대DNFB인기적소서이곽종창유현저적억제작용，병유현저제고린산조직알치돈서국부피부소양적치양역치적작용。결론량지양합제구유항Ⅳ형변태반응적작용。
Objective To investigates the antiallergic and the anti-inflammatory function of Liangxue Zhiyang mixture. Methods Through ACD induced by DNFB and experiment of guinea pig pruritus induced by Histamine Phosphate, found the pharmacodynamic mechanism and function of Liangxue Zhiyang mixture. Results Liangxue Zhiyang mixture had effect on the treatment of mice ear‐swollen induced by DNFB. Conclusion It indicates that Liangxue Zhiyang mixture with a good anti‐allergic and anti‐inflammatory function and anantipruritic effects through the animal experiments.
