髓源性抑制细胞（MDSCs）是一群免疫异质性细胞，通常在肿瘤、慢性炎症和骨髓移植等病理状态下出现扩增，在机体免疫系统中起调节作用。对 MDSCs 的研究早期集中在肿瘤方面，近年来对自身免疫性疾病研究逐渐增多。本文综述 MDSCs 的来源、不同分型功能、作用机制及与类风湿关节炎关系的相关研究。

Myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are a heterogeneous population of cells that expand during tumor, chronic infection, marrow transplantation and other pathological conditions, and are responsible for regulating immune responses. The earliest researches about MDSCs focused on oncology field. In recent years, the researches about MDSCs in aotuimmune diseases is increasing. In this review, the origin, subsets and mechanisms of MDSCs, as well as the relationship between MDSCs and rheumatoid arthritis were discussed.
