采用不同浓度的康壮素、烯丙苯噻唑( PBZ)、有效霉素A ( VMA)、苯丙噻重氮( BTH)、水杨酸( SA)等5种常见诱抗剂对感染流胶病樱桃进行诱抗处理,测定防治率、发病指数、生理等相关指标,并筛选出对樱桃流胶病的最适诱抗剂及最佳使用浓度。研究结果表明,经过5种诱抗剂处理后,产生不同的诱抗效果,初步确定最适诱抗剂为SA。 SA的最佳相对防治效果处理浓度为1.25 mmol/L,相对防治效果为53.7%。在相对防治效果无明显差异的情况下, SA的最佳费效比使用浓度为1.00 mmol/L,相对防治效果为53.4%。在此两组浓度处理下,樱桃病斑面积停止增长,边缘逐渐愈合,叶片中SAFR、 MDA、色素、可溶性蛋白、相关酶系活力指标发生明显变化,这些变化与流胶病的抗性变化密切相关。

This study sought to identify the most effective resistance inducer ( s) that helps curb the development of gummosis , a common blight that affects cherry tree growth , productivity and the quality of cherry products .To im-prove the resistance of cherry tree to the blight development , tests were conducted with five commonly used inducers of resistance (i.e., harpinea, PBZ, VMA, BTH and SA) in different concentrations for studying their mechanisms in helping resist the development of such blight in cherry .In the tests, indicators such as curative rate of each chemical , blight incidence , physiological and biochemical indicators of the treated trees were collected and meas -ured.Based on the results of those tests , the most effective inducer of resistance in its optimal concentrations was se -lected .Results from the tests indicates that SA of 1.25 mmol/L represents the best to reduce the gummosis in cherry with a relative control efficiency of 53.7%.The highest cost-performance ratio in SA concentration is 1.00 mmol/L with a relative control efficiency of 53.4%.The pigment, SAFR, POD, PPO activity and related indicators that were closely related with resistance induction to gummosis , are obviously higher with those samples treated with spraying of SA solutions at these two concentrations than at others in the control processing .
