维A酸相关孤独受体亚家族(RORs)分为三种:RORα、RORβ、RORγ。其广泛分布于机体的各个组织,大多数亚型能够直接进入细胞核调节靶基因的转录,进而表现出不同的组织特异性和参与不同的生理过程。尤其是RORα和RORγ在介导Th17细胞分化过程中起到至关重要的作用,而二者之间又是怎样的关系呢?对RORα和RORγ介导Th17细胞分化过程相互关系的研究,为我们进一步明确Th7细胞分化过程提供了依据。

Retinoid related orphan nuclear receptor subfamily (RORs) include three kinds:RORα, RORβ, RORγ, who are widely distributed in each tissues of the body, most subtypes can directly enter the nucleus to regulate the transcription of target genes, and then showed different tissue-specification and participate in diverse physiological processes. Especially RORαand RORγ, which play a crucial role in the process of the differentiation of Th17 cell. But what are the relationship between them? Since the research of the differentiation of Th17 cell, which mediated by RORαand RORγ, can provide the basis for us to further clarify the differentiation process of Th17 cell.
