目的：分析全息针刺配合中药激光康复疗法治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床疗效。方法对照组为中药煎服与语言康复训练，观察组在中药康复法上再加全息针刺合激光疗法，以治疗前后对日常生活语言能力积分、失语程度级别变化和总疗效类型症候为观察指标。结果全息针刺合中药激光言语训练在理解、表达、书写、计算、症候和构音器官的症状改善效果显著优于中药康复治疗(P＜0.05)，2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论联合疗法明显提高临床疗效，改善患者语言沟通能力，获得躯体和心理的双重康复，提升生活质量，重新走向社会。

Objective (Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department, Chengzihe District People's Hospital of Jixi, Heilongjiang Province, Jixi 158170, China) Methods The control group took traditional Chinese medicine decoction and language rehabilitation training.
