在药厂见习活动过程中,笔者发现药厂实际生产流程中文丘里喷射泵和小型高位槽的应用与理论教学有密切联系,首先这两个应用在实际生产过程中有机的简化了工艺生产流程、降低了生产成本,其次这两个应用都与流体动力学中流体流动能量衡算的伯努利方程有关,属于伯努利方程的两种简化模式。笔者采用理论阐述和实例分析相结合的方法将这种理论应用的关键点归纳出来,这种实例应用作为教学案例,既便于丰富教师的教学素材,也便于学生对课堂教学中的理论知识产生直观的认识和理解。同时,在药厂见习活动过程中,同学们实地了解了GMP洁净车间的布局、更衣要求以及空气净化模式,接触到了片剂、丸剂和口服液等车间的生产设备实物,观摩了这些生产设备的运行过程,这有益于激发同学们的学习兴趣,提高学习效率。

In process of pharmaceutical factory apprentice, the author found that in pharmaceutical factory actual production process, the application of venturi jet pump and small high is closely related to theoretical teaching, first of all, the two application in actual produc-tion process organic simplifies the process of the production process, reduce the production cost, then both the application and the flow energy balance of fluid dynamics of Bernoulli equation, belongs to the Bernoulli equation of two kinds of simplified model. In this paper, the author used the theory and case analysis method to induce crucial points. The application example is teachers ' teaching material. It both enriches teachers' teaching material and is convenient for students intuitive understand knowledge in the classroom. At the same time, in the process of pharmaceutical factory apprentice, the students understood the requirements of GMP clean workshop, change clothes and air purification mode, access to workshop production equipment such as tablets, pills, and oral liquid and observe the process of the production equipment, it is beneficial to stimulate students 'interest in learning, and it also improve the learning efficiency.
