目的：观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月～2014年12月所收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用硝酸异山梨酯进行治疗，实验组采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗，一个疗程后对两组治疗前后的硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛发作频率等进行比较。结果两组患者的临床症状都有明显改善，实验组的临床症状、硝酸甘油用量等指标的改善效果明显高于对照组，差异显著，P＜0.05。结论复方丹参滴丸能有效的改善患者的心绞痛的症状，对患者的临床治疗有重要的意义。
목적：관찰복방단삼적환치료관심병심교통적림상료효。방법선취아원2014년1월～2014년12월소수치적80례관심병심교통환자，수궤분위실험조화대조조각40례。대조조채용초산이산리지진행치료，실험조채용복방단삼적환진행치료，일개료정후대량조치료전후적초산감유용량、심교통발작빈솔등진행비교。결과량조환자적림상증상도유명현개선，실험조적림상증상、초산감유용량등지표적개선효과명현고우대조조，차이현저，P＜0.05。결론복방단삼적환능유효적개선환자적심교통적증상，대환자적림상치료유중요적의의。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from January to 2014 December in our hospital in 2014 were, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group used isosorbide dinitrate treatment, the experimental group with CDDP treatment, after a period of treatment between the two groups before and after nitroglycerin dosage, frequency of angina pectoris attack compared. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were obviously improved, the clinical symptoms, the dosage of nitroglycerin and other indicators of the experimental group improved effect was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills can effectively improve the patient's symptoms of angina pectoris, have important sense to the clinical treatment of patients with.
