目的：分析不同剂量氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼在脊柱侧弯矫形术术后镇痛效果。方法：选择我院2014年3月~7月全身麻醉下择期行脊柱侧弯矫形手术的患者121例，根据氟比洛芬酯的使用情况分为A，B两组。两组患者均在手术结束气管导管拔除后接镇痛泵（配方为：芬太尼10μg·kg-1，按患者体重加入昂丹司琼4~8 mg，加生理盐水至100 mL）。A组联合静脉输注氟比洛芬酯50 mg bid；B组联合静脉输注氟比洛芬酯100 mg bid。结果：2组患者各时间点疼痛评分无显著性差异，不良反应发生情况类似，但B组爆发痛解救药物使用量少于A组。结论：联合芬太尼，氟比洛芬酯50 mg bid与氟比洛芬酯100 mg bid镇痛效果类似；联合芬太尼，使用氟比洛芬酯50 mg bid在脊柱侧弯矫形术患者的术后镇痛中安全有效。
목적：분석불동제량불비락분지연합분태니재척주측만교형술술후진통효과。방법：선택아원2014년3월~7월전신마취하택기행척주측만교형수술적환자121례，근거불비락분지적사용정황분위A，B량조。량조환자균재수술결속기관도관발제후접진통빙（배방위：분태니10μg·kg-1，안환자체중가입앙단사경4~8 mg，가생리염수지100 mL）。A조연합정맥수주불비락분지50 mg bid；B조연합정맥수주불비락분지100 mg bid。결과：2조환자각시간점동통평분무현저성차이，불량반응발생정황유사，단B조폭발통해구약물사용량소우A조。결론：연합분태니，불비락분지50 mg bid여불비락분지100 mg bid진통효과유사；연합분태니，사용불비락분지50 mg bid재척주측만교형술환자적술후진통중안전유효。
Objective: To compare the analgesia effect and the adverse reactions of furbiprofen axetil in different dosages combined with fentanyl after scoliosis surgery. Methods: A total of 121 patients undergo-ing scoliosis surgery were selected randomly from March, 2014 to July 2014 in our hospital. They were di-vided into Group A and Group B based on different dosage of furbiprofen axetil. All patients after removal of the trachea intubation received patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (recipe: fentanyl 10μg·kg-1 and ondansetron 4 or 8 mg were mixed and added to 100 mL NS). Results: There was no significant differ-ences of analgesia effects between Group A and Group B, and the adverse events of the two groups were similar; But the rescue medicine consumption in Group B was less than Group A. Conclusion: Combined with fentanyl, the analgesia effects of the two groups seem to be nearly equivalent, it may be wise to con-sider furbiprofen axetil 50 mg Bid as a safe and effective way for pain management in patient undergoing scoliosis surgery.
