目的：探讨严重胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病患者的综合治疗方案。方法：通过查阅文献，参考国内外指南，临床药师总结了改善胰岛素抵抗降糖药物的特点，并制定2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗处理路线图。结果：结合患者病情，参照胰岛素抵抗处理路线图，为患者制定个体化治疗方案，患者血糖明显改善，胰岛素抵抗减轻，且无明显低血糖反应。结论：临床药师参与严重胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病患者的治疗，保证了治疗的有效性和安全性，起到了积极的作用。
目的：探討嚴重胰島素牴抗2型糖尿病患者的綜閤治療方案。方法：通過查閱文獻，參攷國內外指南，臨床藥師總結瞭改善胰島素牴抗降糖藥物的特點，併製定2型糖尿病患者胰島素牴抗處理路線圖。結果：結閤患者病情，參照胰島素牴抗處理路線圖，為患者製定箇體化治療方案，患者血糖明顯改善，胰島素牴抗減輕，且無明顯低血糖反應。結論：臨床藥師參與嚴重胰島素牴抗2型糖尿病患者的治療，保證瞭治療的有效性和安全性，起到瞭積極的作用。
목적：탐토엄중이도소저항2형당뇨병환자적종합치료방안。방법：통과사열문헌，삼고국내외지남，림상약사총결료개선이도소저항강당약물적특점，병제정2형당뇨병환자이도소저항처리로선도。결과：결합환자병정，삼조이도소저항처리로선도，위환자제정개체화치료방안，환자혈당명현개선，이도소저항감경，차무명현저혈당반응。결론：림상약사삼여엄중이도소저항2형당뇨병환자적치료，보증료치료적유효성화안전성，기도료적겁적작용。
Objective: To explore the comprehensive treatment method for the type 2 diabetic patients with severe insulin resistance. Methods: According to the literature review and the relevant guidelines, clinical pharmacists summarized the characteristics of hypoglycemic drugs that can improve insulin resis-tance and formulated the flow chart for insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Re-sults: Based on the characteristics of the patients and the flow chart for insulin resistance, clinical phar-macists proposed individualized treatment plans that achieved significant improvement in glycemic control and reduction in insulin resistance without significant hypoglycemia. Conclusion: By participating in treat-ing severe insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, clinical pharmacists played a positive role for ensuring the effectiveness and safety of therapy.
