采用稀释平板法,研究了新疆野生樱桃李林3种不同样地土壤细菌数量变化及其与土壤有机质和全氮含量的相关关系。结果表明细菌数量在不同样地间的差异较大,细菌数量为林下>沟边>林窗,在P<0.01水平上,细菌数量在不同样地间的差异性显著,林下的细菌数量最多(79.15×106个/g),林窗的最少(5.71×106个/g)。土壤细菌数量垂直分布均是随着垂直深度的增加,细菌数量逐渐减少(P<0.05),其中细菌数量在林下层次间差异性显著(P<0.05),在林窗不同层次间差异性不显著(P>0.05)。土壤细菌数量与土壤有机质和全氮含量的相关分析表明,土壤细菌数量与土壤有机质和全氮含量间均存在极显著正相关。

Bacteria quantity in three different soil in Daxigou of Xinjiang were studied using the dilution plate method as well as the factors that may affect the bacteria quantities .The results showed that the soil bacteria numbers were obviously varied in three different soils (P<0.01), that is, under forest>channel edge>forest gap,which was the most in underforest of 0-10 cm soil layers(79.15 × 106/g)79.15 ×106/g, and least in forest gap of 20 -30 cm soil layers(5.71 ×106/g).Vertical distribution of bacteria showed that they were decreased with the increasing vertical depth ( P<0.05 ) ,and there was a significant difference for bacteria number in under-foresty(P<0.05) and no significant difference in forest gap (P>0.05).Correlation analysis indicated the number of bacteria ap-peared extremely significant and positively correlated with the total organic C and total N in soil .
