支持性就业主要针对心智障碍者和一些有特殊需求的残疾人，为他们的就业提供相应的支持与帮助，这一概念在国际上已获得广泛认同并在实践中得到推广，各国具有不同的经验与做法，例如美国以法律为基础和模式化服务流程，德国支持性就业的一体化特点，爱尔兰由专项政策推动转向整体纳入逐步推广，日本实施的就业辅导员模式，以及澳大利亚的“工作准备中心”等等，这些对于我国开展相关工作提供了有益的借鉴和启示。

Supportive employment mainly focuses on providing employment supports and helps to people with learning difficulties and some disabled people with special needs. This concept has been widely agreed and popularized in practice in the whole world. Many countries have different experience and measures, for example, in the U.S., legislation is the foundation and model service procedure is its feature;Ireland promotes from specific policy to integrate the whole concept;Japan implements employment instructor mode, etc. These experience offer helpful hints and enlightenments for China to carry out related work.
