共情是人文医学的一个核心能力。对临床工作者共情能力的培训越来越受到重视。但在临床工作中经常发现医务人员难以对患者产生适当和良好共情的情形。本文借助现象学来描述和理解共情，并提出共情是人的一种固有能力，其基础内涵是“我们活在同一个世界”；适当和良好的共情能力需要进行专门的后天培养。本文也总结了临床工作中发生共情困难的情形及其背后的可能原因，并提出相应克服共情困难的可能途径；进而通过一个实际案例呈现巴林特小组工作从叙事医学理念、情感支持、促进反思等几个重要途径促进医务人员的共情意识和能力。

Empathy is a core capability in humanizing medicine .Trainings of empathetic capability of clinical workers has called on more and more attention .But there are many situations in medical practice when the medical students and doctors feel difficult to be empathetic to patients or their family members . We made an understanding of empathy from phenomenology philosophy and find that empathy is an inherent human capability based on the primordial feeling of "being in the same world",but training is also needed in fostering a good clinical empathy ;a summary is made of the situations of difficulties with empathy and their possible underlying mechanisms ;then possible ways to overcome these difficulties are suggested;finally ,a case is presented to show that Balint group work can promote empathy with narrative medicine philosophy ,emotion support ,and self‐reflection and awareness .
