通过对大连市某三级甲等综合医院全膝关节置换应用临床路径进行质量管理和费用控制的结果进行统计分析，结果表明路径组术前住院日缩短，药品费、检查化验费、手术费降低，治愈率提高均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。临床路径管理模式能在医疗质量得到保障的同时，提高医疗服务效率，规范诊疗行为和合理用药，对检查费、药品费、手术费用上涨趋势起到了一定的抑制作用，但对诊疗费、住院总费用控制不理想。

Analyze the results of total knee replacement application of clinical pathway in quality management and cost control based on a first‐class comprehensive hospital in Dalian .The average residency days before surgery of CP group declined ,the average hospitalization medicine charge ,the check and test charge ,the operation charge of clinical pathway group was lower than the control group ,the cure rate was improved ,there's statistic significant difference between the two groups (P< 0 .05) .Clinical pathway management mode can guarantee the medical quality ,improve the efficiency of medical service ,regulate the behavior of treatment and rational drug use ,which also can inhabit the rising trend of inspection charge ,medicine charge and operation charge ,except treatment expense and average hospitalization expense .
