为探讨城市及农村糖尿病患者对“五驾马车”的认知情况，采用自行编制的“糖尿病相关知识的调查问卷”，分别对100例城市糖尿病患者和100例农村糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，每份问卷分为药物治疗、饮食治疗、运动治疗、自我监测血糖、糖尿病教育五部分，每部分评分20分，满分100分。较城市患者农村糖尿病患者在治疗糖尿病的认知上以及具体实施过程中仍存在很多的不足。必须通过系统的健康教育，提高其对糖尿病知识的认知，提高其遵医行为，从而控制其血糖水平，减少其并发症的发生，改善其预后。

To explore urban and rural people with diabetes to cognitive situation of "five carriages",used to compile the "diabetes related knowledge questionnaire",respectively in 100 cases of urban rural diabetes patients and 100 cases of diabetic patients with questionnaire survey ,each questionnaire:medication ,diet therapy ,exercise therapy ,self monitoring of blood sugar ,diabetes education five parts ,each part score 20 points ,out of a possible 100 points .Among patients with urban rural diabetes patients in the treatment of diabetes on cognitive and specific implementation process there are still many deficiencies .The systemic of health education ,improving the rural cognition of the diabetic patient ,improving the treatment compliance ,effectively controlling their blood sugar levels were needed to reduce the complications and improve its prognosis .
