目的:分析开展优质护理服务活动后出院患者护理满意度现状,查找不足,提出改进对策.方法便利抽样法选择2011年1月至2012年7月深圳市某三级甲等医院开展优质护理服务后出院的患者为研究对象,采用深圳市卫生与计划生育委员会制定的出院患者护理满意度问卷,以电话回访方式进行调查,将收集到的数据进行统计分析,并对患者意见进行分类汇总.结果患者对护理工作满意度总均分为(4.61±0.41)分,各维度得分由高到低依次为关爱患者、护理知识告知、服务态度和工作能力、基础护理工作、病房管理.结论电话回访是一种有效的护理质量反馈方法,是优质护理服务的有效延伸.优质护理服务活动的开展,有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度,但仍存在不足,病房管理及基础护理工作仍需进一步改进和完善.

Obj ective To analyze the nursing satisfaction of discharged-patient since the quality care activities,to find out the shortage and provide the corresponding measures.Methods By convenience sampling,patients dis-charged from January 2011 to July 2012 were selected and investigated by using discharged patients nursing satis-faction questionnaire,and analysis the data which were collected from telephone follow-up interview,and organized the patient’s suggestions.Results The score of overall nursing satisfaction was 4.61 ± 0.41.The scores of different dimensions in order from high to low were care-taking patient,knowledge information,service attitude,working a-bility of the nursing,basic nursing and ward management.Conclusion Telephone follow-up interview is an effective reflection of nursing quality,and it is an effective extension of quality care.The implementation of quality care activities can improve the overall satisfaction of nursing but the ward management and basic nursing care are still insufficient for further improvement.
