《涉外民事关系法律适用法》不仅部分条款载有“最密切联系”字样，明示贯彻最密切联系精神，而且还有些条款以默示体现了最密切联系精神。但是其所表达的最密切联系精神仍是残缺的。对此，可以通过司法解释扩充最密切联系的适用范围，还可以通过个案形式，适度拓展最密切联系的空间，适当的时候也可以修改《涉外民事关系法律适用法》，提升最密切联系原则的地位。
《涉外民事關繫法律適用法》不僅部分條款載有“最密切聯繫”字樣，明示貫徹最密切聯繫精神，而且還有些條款以默示體現瞭最密切聯繫精神。但是其所錶達的最密切聯繫精神仍是殘缺的。對此，可以通過司法解釋擴充最密切聯繫的適用範圍，還可以通過箇案形式，適度拓展最密切聯繫的空間，適噹的時候也可以脩改《涉外民事關繫法律適用法》，提升最密切聯繫原則的地位。
《섭외민사관계법률괄용법》불부부분조관재유“최밀절련계”자양，명시관철최밀절련계정신，이차환유사조관이묵시체현료최밀절련계정신。단시기소표체적최밀절련계정신잉시잔결적。대차，가이통과사법해석확충최밀절련계적괄용범위，환가이통과개안형식，괄도탁전최밀절련계적공간，괄당적시후야가이수개《섭외민사관계법률괄용법》，제승최밀절련계원칙적지위。
The Law of the Application Law for foreign civil relations contains some articles which embody the words of “most significant relationship” to express the spirit of the most significant relationship clearly , but also some articles express the spirit implicitly .Even so, the spirit is still incompletely expressed .To meet the shortfall , we can issue judicial interpretations of the law to extend its sphere , and we can expand its space by individual cases , and at proper time ,we can also amend the law and upgrade the grand of the doctrine of the most significant relationship .
