对于昭君出塞的路线，林干认为是经秦直道北上的。近年来，山西地区的部分学者认为昭君出塞所走路线为途经山西地区的通塞中路。从历史资料来看，秦直道仍然是昭君出塞的最可能路线，因为这条道路最便捷、最安全；呼韩邪单于在迎娶昭君之前，就沿着这条道路往返于汉朝与匈奴之间。秦汉时期，秦直道得到了很好的维护，秦皇、汉武都曾走过这条路线。在昭君出塞之时，秦直道的通行环境没有发生大的变化，昭君出塞自然不会选择其他路线。昭君出塞没有经过秦直道的理由尚不充分。
대우소군출새적로선，림간인위시경진직도북상적。근년래，산서지구적부분학자인위소군출새소주로선위도경산서지구적통새중로。종역사자료래간，진직도잉연시소군출새적최가능로선，인위저조도로최편첩、최안전；호한사단우재영취소군지전，취연착저조도로왕반우한조여흉노지간。진한시기，진직도득도료흔호적유호，진황、한무도증주과저조로선。재소군출새지시，진직도적통행배경몰유발생대적변화，소군출새자연불회선택기타로선。소군출새몰유경과진직도적이유상불충분。
For Zhaojun's walking route , Mr.Lin Gan thought that it was by Qin Straight Road to the north .In recent years, some scholars in Shan xi considered that Zhaojun's walking route was Tong -sai road in Shan xi .From the historical documents , Qin Straight Road was still the most possible route for Zhaojun to the Hun district because it was the most convenient and secure route that the king of Huhanye once used to make contact with Han Dynasty before he married Zhaojun .During the Qin and Han Dynasties , Qin Straight Road was protected well and Emperor Qin Shihuang and Emperor Wu of Han have used it .The environment of Qin Straight Road did not changed very much until Zhaojun left Han Dynasty so they had no other choices of routes .Therefore there were no sufficient reasons for the idea that Lady Zhaojun did not go abroad by Qin Straight Road .
