利用近红外光谱仪对景芝酒业白酒酒醅的水分、酸度、酒精度及淀粉含量进行快速检测分析研究。建立了酒醅相关指标检测分析模型,该模型适用于芝麻香型、浓香型、白干及浓兼芝4种香型白酒生产酒醅相关指标的快速检测。
利用近紅外光譜儀對景芝酒業白酒酒醅的水分、痠度、酒精度及澱粉含量進行快速檢測分析研究。建立瞭酒醅相關指標檢測分析模型,該模型適用于芝痳香型、濃香型、白榦及濃兼芝4種香型白酒生產酒醅相關指標的快速檢測。

In the experiments, rapid detection of fermented grains of Jingzhi Baijiu(liquor) including moisture content, acidity, alcohol content and starch content was operated by near-infrared spectroscopy. And the detection&analysis model of fermented grains had been established. Such model was suitable for rapid detection of fermented grains of Zhimaxiang Baijiu(liquor), Nongxiang Baijiu(liquor), Jingzhi Laobaigan, and Nongxiang-Zhimaxiang Baijiu(liquor).
