In this study, GC-122 gas chromatograph, PEG-20M analytic column, and FID detector were used for the detection of methanol in grape wine. And the optimum detection conditions were obtained through orthogonal test coupled with the change of column temperature, va-porization room temperature, and the detector temperature.
