为了提高运输资源分配的效率,本文考虑“一对多”的快递服务供应链,以优先级高低分配快递服务资源,设计一种基于效率与公平的竞价比分配机制,并提出公平性指数评价指标.该机制与浮动分配、竞价分配机制相比,保证资源分配的效率与公平性.最后实例验证表明:与浮动机制、竞价机制相比,服务供应链利润分别增加0.27%和减少0.25%,但服务集成商的公平性均提高95.9%.

In order to improve the allocation efficiency of the transport resource,the paper considers one-many courier service supply chain and proposes a based-equity evaluation.By the priority of allocating the resource,designs a bid ratio assignment mechanism on the basis of efficiency and equity.Compares with floating assignment and bidding mechanism,the experiment shows that,compares with floating mecha-nism and bidding mechanism,the profit of the service supply chain incresses by 0.27% and decreases by 0.25%,but the fairness of service integrators significantly increases by 95.9%.
