多弧离子镀膜是 PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition 物理气相沉积)技术中硬质耐磨镀层的主要方法之一,在刀具、模具上应用较多,也是近年来刀具表面强化的主要研究方向。文章研究了多弧离子镀膜技术在高速钢立铣刀表面涂镀纳米复合膜 TiN/AlSiN,使其使用寿命得到提高。

Multi-arc ion metallic-membrane plating is a major way of hard endurable coating in PVD tech-nique.It was mainly used in cutters and moulds,but has been intensively studied in the surface consolida-tion of cutters in recent years.The paper mainly introduces the applied researching outcome of coating nano composite membrane TiN/AlSiN onto the surface of high-speed steel end mill in attempt to pro-long its endurance.
