溶剂热法合成 CdS 纳米棒,分别考察了反应介质尤其是硫源对 CdS 生成的影响。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等对合成的 CdS 纳米棒的形貌和结构进行分析、表征。结果表明,以乙二胺为溶剂可以合成出 CdS 纳米棒,不同硫源合成的 CdS 纳米棒长度明显不同,这可能与硫源的水解释放 S2-机理有关。
溶劑熱法閤成 CdS 納米棒,分彆攷察瞭反應介質尤其是硫源對 CdS 生成的影響。採用 X 射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外-可見吸收光譜(UV-Vis)等對閤成的 CdS 納米棒的形貌和結構進行分析、錶徵。結果錶明,以乙二胺為溶劑可以閤成齣 CdS 納米棒,不同硫源閤成的 CdS 納米棒長度明顯不同,這可能與硫源的水解釋放 S2-機理有關。
용제열법합성 CdS 납미봉,분별고찰료반응개질우기시류원대 CdS 생성적영향。채용 X 사선연사(XRD)、소묘전자현미경(SEM)、자외-가견흡수광보(UV-Vis)등대합성적 CdS 납미봉적형모화결구진행분석、표정。결과표명,이을이알위용제가이합성출 CdS 납미봉,불동류원합성적 CdS 납미봉장도명현불동,저가능여류원적수해석방 S2-궤리유관。
CdS nanorods were synthesized with solvothermal method,in which the influence of solvent and sulfur source was observed.CdS was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)and UV-Vis absorption spectrum respectively.The results showed that CdS nanorods were synthesized successfully with ethylenediamine as solvents,moreover,lengths of CdS nanorods syn-thesized by different sulfur sources are obviously different,which was assumed to be related to hydrolyt-ic release S2 - mechanism of the sulfur source.
