以LabVIEW图形编程软件为开发平台,结合USB-6008数据采集板卡与交流侧三相电流监测和调理电路作为硬件平台,实现电流信号的采集和数据的保存。实验结果表明:系统模块便于操作,运行稳定,达到了实时、准确监测电机运行状态的目的。

The system module employs LabVIEW graphical programming software as a development platform and combines with USB-6008 data acquisition card and three-phase AC side current sensing and conditioning circuit to achieve current signal acquisition and data storage.Experimental results show that this system module is easy to operate and can run stably to achieve real-time test of the motor’ s working condition accurately.
