电力系统可靠性对于电网规划和运行具有十分重要的意义,传统的发输电系统可靠性评估算法从失负荷概率、频率、后果等视角全面反映了电网可靠性水平,但往往侧重考虑元件独立故障模式,没有计入连锁故障或者共模故障,导致了可靠性指标与实际电网运行经验不一致。为了解决这一问题,电力系统连锁故障被学者提出并得到广泛研究,但是将连锁故障模型应用到大电网可靠性评估中的研究较少,从而缺乏考虑连锁故障的电力系统可靠性评估算法。为了解决上述不足,该文基于连锁故障模型和元件故障率建模,提出元件连锁故障模拟算法,并将其应用到电力系统可靠性评估中,提出整体评估流程及指标体系。最后,对 IEEE-RTS79系统和广西电网2016年规划方案进行可靠性分析,验证所提方法的有效性。

Power system reliability evaluation is important for the power grid planning and opera-tion.The conventional bulk system reliability evaluation algorithm reflects the reliability level in the aspects of loss of load probability,frequency and consequence.However,it only considers the independent failures without the cascading failures or common mode failures,which results in the reliability indices mismatch the actual experiences.In order to solve the problem,the concept of power system cascading failure was proposed and studied.But there is little research applying the model into the bulk system reliability evaluation and lack of the algorithm considering cascading failures.Based on cascading failure model and component failure rate model,this paper proposed the simulation method for cascading failures of components and applied it in the reliability evalua-tion of power system as well as the indices.At last,IEEE-RTS79 system and Guangxi power grid was given to make a reliability analysis,and the results proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.
