目的：比较中、美两国高职护理课程体系组成结构的异同点，为构建与国际护理教育接轨的我国护理学高职教育课程体系提供启示。方法按地域分布选取美国10所、国内5所高职护理院校，运用文献研究法、网络资源调查法搜集这些院校课程资料，继而运用比较研究法对课程资料比较分析。结果中国高职护理课程体系结构较美国更复杂；两国课程体系组成结构在课程门数及总学时、课程类型及学时分配、各类型课程的构成、理论与实践学时分配等方面均存在差异。结论国内可对相关课程进行综合，提高课程体系的整合程度；增加实践学时；适当拓宽人文与社会科学课程的内容。
목적：비교중、미량국고직호리과정체계조성결구적이동점，위구건여국제호리교육접궤적아국호이학고직교육과정체계제공계시。방법안지역분포선취미국10소、국내5소고직호리원교，운용문헌연구법、망락자원조사법수집저사원교과정자료，계이운용비교연구법대과정자료비교분석。결과중국고직호리과정체계결구교미국경복잡；량국과정체계조성결구재과정문수급총학시、과정류형급학시분배、각류형과정적구성、이론여실천학시분배등방면균존재차이。결론국내가대상관과정진행종합，제고과정체계적정합정도；증가실천학시；괄당탁관인문여사회과학과정적내용。
Objective To compare similarities and differences of curriculum system structure of higher vo-cational nursing education between China and the USA,and to provide inspiration for developing domestic curriculum system of nursing higher vocational education which is in line with international nursing educa-tion.Methods Selecting 1 0 Chinese and 5 America nursing colleges according to regional differences,then collecting their course materials by literature research and network survey,and comparing and analyzing the materials with comparisons method.Results The curriculum system structure of nursing higher vocational education in China was more complex than that in the USA.There were some differences in curriculum sys-tem structure of nursing higher vocational education between two countries,such as course count,course types and credit hours distribution,composition of the several of course,distribution of theory hours and practice hours.Conclusion It is suggested to improve comprehensiveness of structure of curriculum system through synthesizing related courses.The hours of practical courses could be increased.and the field of hu-manities and social science courses could be extended.
