为了研究多孔环切杆状发射药与粒状发射药的燃烧性能差异,采用半密闭爆发器试验研究了多孔杆状发射药的解体燃烧过程,通过密闭爆发器试验和高压30 mm 模拟火炮试验对比了多孔环切杆状发射药和粒状药的静态燃烧性能和膛内燃烧性能。结果表明,多孔环切杆状发射药的燃烧按平行层燃烧进行,没有出现侵蚀燃烧,燃烧性能稳定,燃烧渐增性比粒状发射药好;用多孔环切杆状发射药时,膛内负压差为-7 MPa,示压效率比粒状发射药提高4.93%。
為瞭研究多孔環切桿狀髮射藥與粒狀髮射藥的燃燒性能差異,採用半密閉爆髮器試驗研究瞭多孔桿狀髮射藥的解體燃燒過程,通過密閉爆髮器試驗和高壓30 mm 模擬火砲試驗對比瞭多孔環切桿狀髮射藥和粒狀藥的靜態燃燒性能和膛內燃燒性能。結果錶明,多孔環切桿狀髮射藥的燃燒按平行層燃燒進行,沒有齣現侵蝕燃燒,燃燒性能穩定,燃燒漸增性比粒狀髮射藥好;用多孔環切桿狀髮射藥時,膛內負壓差為-7 MPa,示壓效率比粒狀髮射藥提高4.93%。

To study the performance differences of multi-perforated curve-cut stick gun propellants and grain gun propellants,the process of disorganization combustion of multi-perforated curve-cut stick gun propellant was investi-gated by a semi-closed bomb ,and the static combustion performance and combustion performance in chamber of multi-perforated curve-cut stick gun propellants and grain gun propellants were contrasted by the closed bomb test and high pressure 30 mm simulation gun experiment.The results show that the combustion of multi-perforated curve-cut stick gun propellants is consistent with the parallel mode,its combustion performance is stable and erosive burning is avoid,the progressively burning characteristics of the multi-perforated curve-cut stick propellant is better than that of grain gun propellants;the negative pressure difference of the multi-perforated curve-cut stick gun pro-pellant is -7 MPa,and the piezometric effeiciency is improved by 4.93% compared with that of grain gun propel-lant.
