目的：探讨高仿真模拟人案例训练应用于护生实习前培训的效果。方法采用质性研究的现象学研究方法，对71名实习前参加高仿真模拟人案例训练护生的反思日记(142篇)进行资料分析。结果提炼出3大主题：对护生进入临床实习前的帮助，对提高护生专业综合素质的效果，护生对模拟人案例教学方法的评价。结论高仿真模拟人案例训练应用于实习前培训深受护生欢迎，有利于护生理论联系实际，缓解其实习前紧张情绪，综合提高其各项能力。

Objective To explore student nurses’evaluation and feedback on high-fidelity simulator ap-plied in training before nursing internship.Methods By using phenomenological method,142 reflective dia-ries written by 7 1 nursing student were analyzed.Results Three themes were concluded,including assis-tance of student nurses before clinical internship,promotion of professional quality and students’evalua-tion on teaching methods of using high-fidelity simulator.Conclusion Using high-fidelity simulator before nursing internship are welcomed by nursing students,as it helps students to combine knowledge with prac-tice,release stress before internship,and upgrade their overall abilities.
