介绍贿赂罪是行贿罪帮助犯的特别形式，在能做到罪刑相适应时应当以介绍贿赂罪论处。立法者设立此罪的目的是为了扩大介绍贿赂行为的处罚范围，故应当对“介绍”做扩大解释，介绍贿赂罪虽然争议不断，但是为了避免处罚漏洞，此罪仍有独立成罪之必要。
개소회뢰죄시행회죄방조범적특별형식，재능주도죄형상괄응시응당이개소회뢰죄론처。입법자설립차죄적목적시위료확대개소회뢰행위적처벌범위，고응당대“개소”주확대해석，개소회뢰죄수연쟁의불단，단시위료피면처벌루동，차죄잉유독립성죄지필요。
Intro-bribe crime is the special form of bribery abettor.If it could suit punishment to crime,the actor should be punished by intro-bribe crime.Legislators create this crime in order to enlarge the punishment scope of bribery behavior,so the j udicial office should expand interpretation of intro-bribe crime.Although there are many arguments about intro-bribe crime,yet in order to prevent the punishment vulnerability,intro-bribe alone still has its existing value.
