采用气相色谱(GC)法测定了偏二甲肼(UDMH)水溶液中各组分的相对含量,通过静态吸附实验及吸附动力学实验测得 UDMH 水溶液在3A 分子筛上的吸附平衡和动力学,用 Langmuir 方程和 Freundlich 方程对吸附等温线进行拟合。采用 Dünwald-Wagner 方法解析吸附动力学数据求得有效扩散系数 D′i ,研究了温度、初始水含量(C0)和分子筛粒径(d p )对 D′i 的影响。结果表明,在15℃下 C0为2.298%、d p 为250~420μm 时 D′i 为1.49×10-7 cm2/s,并随着温度的升高或水含量的增加而增大,但受分子筛粒径的影响较小。UDMH 水溶液在3A 分子筛上的吸附动力学参数为:活化能 E 为3.341×104 J/mol,指前因子 D 0为0.1695 cm2/s。

The relative content of each component in unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine(UDMH)aqueous solution was determined by GC method.The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of UDMH aqueous solution on 3A molecular sieves were studied by static adsorption experiment and adsorption kinetics experiment.The adsorption isotherm curves were fitted by Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation.The adsorption kinetic data were analyzed with the Dünwald-Wagner model to get the effective diffusion coefficient (D′i ).The effects of initial content of water, temperatures and particle size of the molecular sieve on D′i were studied.The results show that the value of D′i at 15℃,C0 =2.298%and d p =250 - 420μm is 1.49 ×10 -7 cm2/s and increases when increasing the temperature and initial content of water,but is not influenced by the particle size of the molecular sieves.The kinetic parameters of adsorption reaction of UDMH aqueous solution on 3A molecular sieves obtained are as follows:activation energy E=3.341×104 J/mol and pre-exponential factor D 0 =0.169 5 cm2/s.
