目的：观察信号转导与转录活化因子3（ STAT3）在老年子宫内膜癌组织和子宫肌瘤患者中的表达情况。方法收集西平县人民医院2010年2月至2014年2月收治的48例老年子宫内膜癌患者（子宫内膜癌组）和30例子宫肌瘤患者（子宫肌瘤组），全部患者均由手术切除组织标本后经病理检查确诊，对两组患者标本中的STAT3、孕激素受体（ PR）、雌激素受体（ ER）的阳性表达情况进行观察，并分析STAT3、PR、ER在老年子宫内膜癌病理表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组患者标本中的STAT3的阳性表达率高于子宫肌瘤组（ P<0.01），而PR、ER的阳性表达率低于子宫肌瘤组（P<0.01），在子宫内膜癌患者标本中随着临床分级及组织学分级的增加，STAT3的阳性表达水平逐渐升高，而PR和ER的阳性表达水平则显著下降。结论 STAT3阳性表达水平能够在一定程度上反映老年子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程，可用于子宫内膜癌的临床治疗指导和预后评估。

목적：관찰신호전도여전록활화인자3（ STAT3）재노년자궁내막암조직화자궁기류환자중적표체정황。방법수집서평현인민의원2010년2월지2014년2월수치적48례노년자궁내막암환자（자궁내막암조）화30례자궁기류환자（자궁기류조），전부환자균유수술절제조직표본후경병리검사학진，대량조환자표본중적STAT3、잉격소수체（ PR）、자격소수체（ ER）적양성표체정황진행관찰，병분석STAT3、PR、ER재노년자궁내막암병리표체정황。결과자궁내막암조환자표본중적STAT3적양성표체솔고우자궁기류조（ P<0.01），이PR、ER적양성표체솔저우자궁기류조（P<0.01），재자궁내막암환자표본중수착림상분급급조직학분급적증가，STAT3적양성표체수평축점승고，이PR화ER적양성표체수평칙현저하강。결론 STAT3양성표체수평능구재일정정도상반영노년자궁내막암적발생발전과정，가용우자궁내막암적림상치료지도화예후평고。
Objective To observe the expression of STAT3 in the elderly patients with endometrial carcinoma and myoma of uterus. Methods Forty-eight elderly patients with endometrial carcinoma( endometrial carcinoma group)and 30 elderly pa-tients with myoma of uterus(myoma of uterus group)in Xiping people’s hospital were included in the study. All the patients were diagnosed by pathological test after operation excision tissue specimens,the positive expression of STAT3,PR and ER in endometrial carcinoma were observed and analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of STAT3 in endometrial carcinoma group were higher than myoma of uterus group significantly( P<0. 01),the positive expression rate of PR and ER in endometrial carcinoma group were lower than that in myoma of uterus group significantly( P<0. 01 ). The expression of STAT3 increased while the expression of PR and ER decreased with the increasing of the clinical and organization classification in endometrial car-cinoma group. Conclusion The positive expression of STAT3 illustrates the development and occurrence in the elderly with en-dometrial carcinoma,so it can provide clinical guidance and prognosis assessment in elderly patients with endometrial carcinoma.
